Q: Why should I go VIP?

A: Front of Stage Viewing! You also have a separate entrance gate, more washroom facilities and it is a limited number of tickets sold in this area. The VIP Area gives you access to your own bar area. Lawn chairs are not permitted into VIP due to artist requests.

Q:  Licensed and Unlicensed IS NOW ALL GENERAL ADMISSION TOGETHER

A: Patrons 19 years of age or older will need to bring ID and receive a wrist band for the consumption of alcoholic beverages. (Government issued proof of age is required.) NO ONE UNDER 19 is permitted for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Q: When will the Ticket Sales Booth and the Will Call Booth be open and where is it located?

A: The Ticket Sales Booth and Will Call Booth will be open at 4pm. The booth is located at the front/east entrance (on Front Street) beside the ticket booth.

Q: Can I bring a lawn chair, blanket, umbrella, gymbag, knapsack, cooler?

A: To honour the wishes of the performers, you may not bring in outside beverages, coolers, large bags, knapsacks, gymbags etc.

If fully sealed water is permitted. Umbrellas are also allowed. There will be  vendors for food and beverages. You are able bring a lawn chair and/or a blanket into the GENERAL ADMISSION AREA ONLY. All purses will be searches when entering.​

Q: Can I bring outside food, water, pop, coffee, etc into the concert?

A: No you cannot bring in outside food or drinks, with the exception of fully sealed Water. There are vendors you can purchase these items from inside the gates. Please note: Due to contracts from the headliners, our vendors are required to remove the bottle caps from the pop and water.

Q: Can I wear studded or spiked jewellery?

A: For the safety of our patrons, studded or spike jewellery is not allowed

Q: Are cameras allowed?

A: Personal (point and shoot) cameras are welcome but professional cameras are not permitted. Professional cameras include any with removable or zoom lenses and SLRs. Anyone attempting to record (audio/video) the performance or transmit it via any means may be prosecuted.

Q: Can I bring my pets ?

A: Sorry, but absolutely no Animals whatsoever, unless it is a Service Dog or Animal.

Q: IT IS CASH ONLY - We will have a Bank machine on site, but come prepared. 

A: There will be cash machines on site, however it will be inside the festival grounds and not accessible for those who need money to purchase entrance tickets. We highly recommend you bring enough money for your entrance, some food and beverages and any other purchases you might want to make. Our gate, food vendors and beverage tickets are CASH ONLY.

Q: Must I be of legal drinking age to attend, What is legal drinking age?

A: No, This Event is Open to Everyone to Attend. Must be 19+ to consume alcohol.

Q: What are the terms and conditions of purchasing a ticket?

A: This Ticket is a revocable license. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured. Admission is subject to the compliance of applicable laws, by-laws, regulations, and facility or stadium rules. ("The Rules"). Failure to comply with the Rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion with no refund of the purchase price or any associated charges. In conforming with the Rules, alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, clothing not being worn, and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes responsibility for all risk of bodily harm as well as danger to or loss of property while attending this event and wavies all claim against the event sponsors, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or the issuer. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Without the express written consent of the producers, no tickets shall be resold, given away, or disposed of by the purchaser whatsoever or for any other commercial purposes. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited. RESALE INVALIDATES TICKET. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
